This week, we are taking a journey in Silence ... Using this time to be still ... to connect with ourselves and to hear our inner truth.
Taking minutes each day to sit in absolute silence ... to be totally still and to just observe how you're feeling before and after the exercise will help you to feel much calmer.
You will also find that silent connection with those who matter to us can be powerful in building relationships ... build your confidence through this connection.
